Return & Exchange Policy

🚫 No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
You may exchange your item for another product or receive store credit to use on your next purchase.

⏱ Timeframe for Returns
All returns must be initiated within 2 business days of receiving your order.

📦 How to Return
We will book the courier for you.
A courier fee of R160 must be paid to us before collection.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (undamaged and unworn).
Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit or assist you in selecting another product.

🔄 Exchanges
If you select a new item, you will need to pay the courier fee again for delivery of the replacement product.
